  1. Lay out on the floor and extend/ stretch your body completely. 
  2. Put you feet together and bring them straight up. With your hands your going to reach for your toes as far as you can go and then come down. When you come down, don’t touch the floor with you head. You’re gonna do this 10 times. 
  3. Tuck you hands behind your neck. Keep your legs straight up but cross them over. Then raise your butt up towards the ceiling. You’ll want to do 10 of these as well.
  4. Lay your hands next to you. Put your legs and feet together, squeeze the inner thighs and go down towards the floor as far as you can go and come back up. Don’t push it to far that it’s arching your back. Do 10 of those.
  5. Lay down or your side. Put your feet together. Place your arm that your laying on in front of you for support. Then come up to the side and reach with your other arm for your ankles. You don’t have to touch it, just reach for it. Do 10 of those as well.
  6. Do the same but lay on the other side. 10 again.
  7. Sit up nice and tell with your legs slightly bend in front of you. Cross your arms over your chest. Lean back as far as your comfortable with and twist your upper body from side to side. Do 20 of those.
  8. Raise your legs of the floor. Reach with your hands and touch the floor from side to side. Do 20 of those.

2 times a day vitamine C, E, biotin and fish oil
Lots of fruit (bananas only once a day)
Good fats: advocados, almond, …
No red meat, but chicken, schrimp, salmon,…

1. Fit Into More Clothes- Okay so this may be superficial but it feels good to be comfortable in your clothes and not worry about how your love handles are on display.
2. Reduce Pain- By eating healthy and dropping some weight you can reduce lower back pain and unnecessary stress on joints.
3. Do the Activities that you Want- A lot of people would love to go swimming with their friends if only they felt more comfortable with how they looked.
4. Live Longer- The second leading cause of preventable death is obesity. Don’t become a statistic.

5. Avoid Sickness- Healthy food equals healthier you!
6. Be Smarter- Eating healthy helps you think and recall information better.
7. Find More Confidence- Setting and achieving goals helps you to be more confident in your own abilities.
8. More Energy- If you eat right and exercise you’ll have more energy to do the things you want/need to do.
9. Improve your Heart Health- Healthy food will help your heart to function better and reduce your risk of heart attack.
10. Speed up your Metabolism- A good diet will help you to speed up the rate at which you break down food, meaning more weight loss!

Yesterday, I watched The brave one with Jodie Foster on tv. I love her, she’s amazing in all her movies! Allthough I didn’t think this was the best one, I do recommand to see it. The emotion ‘hate’ is really well exposed throughout the entire movie and it becomes stronger and stronger.

Last week I saw the promising film The vow with Channing Tatum and Rachel McAdams. I had heard so much good reactions on this one, that I kind off was waiting for the most romantic and mindblowing film of the year. Unfortunately it let me down, I thought it was a fun and sweet film to watch but nothing more, I really don’t understand what all that fuzz was about. But I have to say that watching Channing Tatum is always a pleasure, love him!
